Who we are

This website is operated by Bruneela, a trading name of Hania Khawar, of Smithstown, Julianstown, Drogheda, Co. Meath, A92 CX77, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@bruneela.com. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bruneela. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Made to order

Every Bruneela piece is knitted in 100% cashmere after you order it. Production takes three to four weeks, after which your parcel ships. We hold no stock, so nothing on this site sells out.

When your order is accepted

Your order is accepted when payment is taken. Because every piece is made for you, we begin work within a few days. If you need to change size or colour, email hello@bruneela.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it at no cost. This does not affect your 14-day right to cancel once your piece arrives — see our refund policy.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include Irish VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout. If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will always tell you before doing so.

Colours and photography

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the yarn. If an exact shade matters to you, email hello@bruneela.com before ordering and we will describe it honestly.

Cancelling and returning

Your right to cancel, the condition a piece should come back in, and how we refund you are all set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Care and wear

Cashmere is a natural fibre. Small pills in the first few wears are normal and are not a fault. Care instructions are given on each product page, and following them is the best way to make a piece last.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law, including the legal guarantee that goods are as described and of satisfactory quality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
